Delivery
Delivery times vary according to destination and product availability. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by destination, courier operations, customs, public holidays, product availability or events outside our reasonable control.
Order Information
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery or create additional delivery costs.
Receiving Your Order
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly and retain the packaging and supporting photographs where possible.
Exchange Requests
Eligible exchange requests should be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Contact info@boostsante.com with your order details and reason for the request before returning an item.
Condition of Returned Items
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, products should be unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging, with seals and labels intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened personal-care, beauty, oral-care, supplement or similar products may not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, opened where hygiene restrictions apply, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or otherwise unsuitable for resale may be refused, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If we supplied the wrong product or an item arrived damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will review the case and provide the appropriate available remedy.
Shipping Costs
Any return or re-delivery cost depends on the reason for the exchange, destination and applicable consumer rights. We will communicate any applicable charge before the return is completed.
