How do I use them?

Pure Collagen Plus  is taken one ampoule daily preferably 30 mins before a meal or 2 hours after a main meal. It is Peach and lemon flavored.

Florence Vitamin C Hair Serum should be shaken before use while also washing and patting your ski. Put a small amount of serum to your hands and massage onto the skin allowing the serum to absorb completely.
