How to take Perfetus Plus?
Perfetus Plus is taken once daily. Things you need to consider while taking perfetus are that it is best to take it after 2 hours from eating a meal with cheese, yogurt, or any milk-derived product and that is due to the elemental Iron within the product that can chelate with calcium. This is why some healthcare providers would recommend you take it at night.
