How do you advise me to use it?
Perform five sprays down the throat, up to five times a day. This spray can be used for adults and children from 3 years old.

What are the precautions for use?
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. It is to be used in parallel with a well-balanced diet and a healthy way of life. Not recommended for pregnant women. Store in a dry place, away from light and warmth.
