How do I use this Product? 

Take 6 capsules a day, in the morning with a glass of water. For more efficiency, take 6 capsules 1 hour before exercise.

What should I look out for? 

This product is not a drug but a dietary supplement based on amino acids, iron, plant extracts and L-carnitine. Contains caffeine, not recommended for children,teenagers and pregnant or lactating women (3 mg / 6 capsules).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. To be used as part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry place, away from light and heat. Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women. If taking prescription drugs at the same time, ask your doctor for advice. Do not consume more than 120 mg of Glavonoid per day. Do not use for more than 6 weeks without medical advice. Do not consume outside meals.
